Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine Future Doc's 2014 Saturday Series10/22/2013 MSU's College of Osteopathic Medicine "Future Docs" regional medical career exploration program was implemented in 2013. The goal of the program is to provide opportunities for high school students to learn about the multifaceted world of medical careers in a real-world environment. It's difficult for young people to know how to prepare themselves for the possibility of medical school if they don't have a way to learn about the profession. The program consists of 8 Saturday sessions. Students visit various facilities to witness the work physicians and medical professionals perform every day.
